Corrugated Single Wall Static and Hydraulic Shields
Lightweight aluminum shields with interchangeable hydraulic spreaders or static spreaders.
Available in Hydraulic or Static. Includes Walls, Static QuickBraces and Assembly Pins.
Standard or heavy-duty rails available. Other rail lengths available upon request. Manifold recommended for units with three or more cylinders.
Available in heavy-duty and super heavy-duty models 8' through 20' board heights. Comes with manifold, heavy-duty handle & sand corner protectors.
The SXLAP is designed for use with small excavators and rubber-tired backhoes. Ultralight smooth walls reduce friction against trench walls and reduce build-up of soil.
S4S & S4D four inch steel shields are designed to optimize the depth rating to shield-weight ratios. The multi-purpose double wall shields are made for typical trench shielding applications.
S8D eight inch steel shields are designed for maximum depth with high pipe clearance for demanding trench shielding requirements.
S6S six inch steel shields combine optimal depth capability with lightweight shield walls. The versatile shields are made for a wide range of trench shielding applications.
SMHB4 Steel Manhole Shields are designed for manhole installations and other 4-sided trench shielding applications.
Individual Slide Rail components offer the option of using lighter equipment when installing the system. The cost of rental and installation of the system is approximately 50% of steel sheeting.
Efficiency Production's innovative Clear Span System incorporates special walers for larger unobstructed 4-sided working pits for site specific jobs. Ideal for pump stations, and other large structures.
This configuration is an alternative to steel sheeting. It is used when installing next to existing utilities and structures, or when the trench is required to be left open. Longer pipe may be installed by raising or removing the parallel beam.
